Technical Account Manager

As part of our new service offerings, the Professional Services department is seeking a new Technical Account Manager. The Technical Account Manager will be under the Support team, acting as the main point-of-contact and advocacy voice for a portfolio of specific existing customers.

The role will report into the Director of Support Services. The successful candidate will actively participate in the execution of project implementations, integration, and continuous support of IndustryBuilt’s cloud-based and on premise management solutions for named live customers.
